Graviola Ice Cream | Herbal Goodness

I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream. Who doesn’t love a refreshing ice cream? Eat it straight from the tub, in a cone, or even mix it into a smoothie. However, eating too much and you can feel regret afterwards. But what if I told you, eating ice cream can be good for you? Don’t believe me? Then read on.

Still thinking graviola ice cream is too good to be true? Well, think no more... Since I started this.. let me now tell you HOW to make it happen! Note that there are different ways to accomplish Graviola Ice Cream... you can either make your own authentic graviola ice cream or just make any good ol' ice cream and add Graviola fruit powder or fruit pieces , or even do something as simple as adding some Liquid Graviola Leaf Extract  as a dressing topping to your ice cream scoops.


Below is a very easy recipe to follow to make delicious Graviola Ice cream. Then I will go ahead and give you another simple recipe with more flavour.


Graviola (Soursop) Original Ice Cream Recipe.


RECIPE - Soursop Ice Cream (Sorvete de Graviola)

1 lb (400 gr) frozen natural soursop pulp, unthawed
1/2 cup (125 ml) cold water
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 cups whole-fat unflavored yogurt
1 cup demerara sugar

Graviola Ice creamDissolve the cornstarch in the cold water, then heat in a saucepan over medium heat until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Pour the cornstarch/water mixture into a blender, then add all the remaining ingredients. Blend at medium-high speed until the mixture is completely homogenous.

Pour the blender mixture into any type of ice-cream maker and process according to directions. Keep frozen until ready to serve.

For a more flavorful ice cream, remove from the freezer about 15 minutes before serving.



Graviola Ice Cream Using Graviola Fruit Powder.


2 Parts Cream

2 Parts Milk

½ Parts Sugar

1 tbs vanilla extract

Mix together and add 2 tablespoons of Liquid Graviola Leaf extract.

Pour into a freezable container and freeze until frozen through.

Enjoy the great taste as well as the good feeling.


Let’s mix things up a little - Using Graviola Leaf Extract Liquid*.

2 Parts Cream

1 Part Milk

½ Parts Sugar

1 Part chopped up fruits. Here you can use your imagination. Add whatever you like. Maybe you like oreos, crush them up! Maybe you like ginger snaps, crush them up! Whatever your extra ingredient of choice, simply crush it and add it to the mixture.

Mix together and add 2 tablespoons of Liquid Graviola Leaf extract.

Pour into a freezable container and freeze until frozen through.

Enjoy the great taste as well as the good feeling.
