How to Prepare:
Heat Method:
Soak dried sea moss in warm water for 20 minutes. Rinse thoroughly, then simmer with water (1 cup sea moss to ¼ cup water). Let sit, blend until smooth, and adjust consistency as needed.
No-Heat Method:
Soak in room-temperature purified water for 6 to 36 hours. Rinse, then blend with water (1 cup sea moss to 1.5–2 cups water). Adjust water for a smoother texture.
Storage Instructions:
Store gel in a clean glass jar. Refrigerate immediately after preparation. Sea Moss gel stays fresh for up to 3 weeks in the fridge or up to 1 year in the freezer.
